DEADLINES:
i. Abstracts have to be submitted by May 30th, 2009 and must include the following:
· Title of paper/poster
· Names of Author (s) with postal address, e-mail address and telephone number of the first author
· Abstracts should have 500 words
· Sub-theme for which submission should be considered
· MS Word for Windows, font Times New Roman, Regular, size 12

ii. Notification of selected abstracts for the paper and poster presentations will be made no later than June 30th 2009

iii. Contributors of selected abstracts will be asked to submit full developed papers by July 31st , 2009

The papers maybe published in a Special Issue of the UNISWA JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURE (UJA). To facilitate this, contributors are encouraged to follow the UJA guidelines when developing the full papers. The guidelines are available on Conference web-site.
